By downloading, installing, or using Sumioo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sumioo is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to record expenses, create budgets, track net worth, set savings goals, and view financial insights. All data is stored locally on your device. Sumioo does not require an account and does not collect or transmit your financial data to external servers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years of age to use Sumioo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Data and Privacy

• All financial data you enter is stored locally on your device using an on-device database.
• Sumioo does not have a backend server and does not transmit your personal financial data to third parties.
• Optional AI-powered features (such as receipt parsing, category suggestions, and spending insights) send limited data to Google's Generative AI (Gemini) API for processing. This data is used solely to generate responses and is not stored by Sumioo.

Sumioo offers a free tier with core functionality and an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited budgets, AI features, bank statement import, data export, cloud backup, and more.
